Balcons Verdun offers a warranty to the original purchaser which covers the following points from the date of purchase considering a use at normal frequency and intensity of the product.
For the fiberglass balconies, terraces, steps and risers:
- 5 years guarantee on the delamination and cracks of the fiberglass. If the membrane is perforated, the opening has to be filled with a sealer. If not, the warranty won’t apply anymore. (Ex.: installation of railing post)
For the aluminum railings, columns and staircases:
- 20 years guarantee on the construction aluminum – material and manufacturing defects.
- 5 years guarantee on the acrylic enamel paint finish and plastic pieces.
