Balcons Verdun offers a warranty to the original buyer covering the following points from the date of purchase, based on normal frequency and intensity of use. For fiberglass balconies, patios, stair treads, and risers:
- 5-year warranty against fiberglass delamination and cracking. If the membrane is punctured, the opening must be sealed with a sealant, otherwise the warranty will no longer apply (e.g., installation of railing posts).
For aluminum railings, columns, and staircases
- 20-year warranty on structural aluminum — material and manufacturing defects
- 5-year warranty on acrylic enamel paint finishes and plastic components
