With growing demand, the company experienced its first expansion by moving into a commercial space on Galt Street. Despite a devastating fire that destroyed the building, Balcons Verdun demonstrated resilience and determination by restarting operations in a brand-new store on Saint-Patrick Street.

Today, the company is proudly led by the next generation—the founder’s children—who have successfully expanded the original family vision. Thanks to their dedication, Balcons Verdun has opened several franchises to better serve a growing clientele throughout Greater Montreal, the South Shore, and Laval.

Balcons Verdun’s strength lies in its expertise in complete fiberglass balcony renovations, including structure and aluminum railing installation. This know-how, combined with outstanding efficiency, is made possible through Les Rampes Almax, the in-house manufacturing facility integrated into the main building on Saint-Patrick Street.
