At Balcons Verdun, our front staircases are built for exceptional durability. Stringers and railings are crafted from welded aluminum (arc, angled, or straight) or mechanical aluminum (straight only). Fiberglass treads over ¾” B C Fir plywood offer the same load capacity as our balconies and patios. Finished with baked enamel, they resist impact, wear, and weather.

The earlier in the year, the better. Contracts signed in the spring are more likely to be installed quickly. Starting in August or September, our schedule for the current year is often full and we begin planning for the following spring.

For a typical residential balcony, installation is usually completed in one day after custom fabrication in our workshop.
