The earlier in the year, the better. Contracts signed in the spring are more likely to be installed quickly. Starting in August or September, our schedule for the current year is often full and we begin planning for the following spring.
Yes. We install balconies, railings, and staircases on residential buildings up to 3 storeys, including duplexes, triplexes, and multi-unit properties.
Ideally, yes, but it is not mandatory. We recommend being present at the beginning and end of the installation to review the project and sign the documents.
Yes. Our turnkey service includes measurements, custom fabrication, delivery, professional installation, and job site cleanup.
For a typical residential balcony, installation is usually completed in one day after custom fabrication in our workshop.
